We think hemp is a great new ingredient because of the health benefits of hemp. The hemp plant produces a lot of “phytochemicals” that work in the body to promote wellness and health. We use a “soft” extract technology to create extracts with desirable phytochemicals. Our farming and extraction is done in such a way as to preserve the unique properties of the hemp plant’s phytochemi- cals and prevent any contamination by pesticides, as our suppliers farms are certified organic.*

Nutrient-rich young alfalfa grass contains over 300 identified nutrients and phytonutrients. Alfalfa is high in provitamin A carotenoids, the majority being xanthophylls like lutein and zeaxanthin. It contains enzymes, including amylase, invertase and pectinase, is low in fat, an excellent source of dietary fiber and a rich source of protein, containing eighteen different amino acids, including eight essential amino acids.*
